We create a customized, private-label housing site, so people know they are booking through your organization. We handle all RFPs and receive all proposals electronically, allowing you to select the room block offers that best suit your event.

Your attendees view the choices of ALL hotels in the area - those that have created a room block and those that have not -- make their room selection online and receive confirmation. We even take care of the call center for those with questions or unusual needs.

You have access to the administrative side of the booking site, allowing you to check housing status for your event from any computer, 24/7.

When the event is over, Alliance handles all of the accounting, collects the commission on the room bookings - even those not in the block - and pays the rebate to your organization.
